Imagine... all the love and togetherness you can think about. The caring of each other, the belongingness, the constant hugging and kissing... think of all the love you may expect to receive and give to your partner. Now think of them in a bird.

Shocked... I wouldn't be. If you have ever noticed a pair of love birds you would not be shocked either. These lovely birds are not only wonderful to look at, with their bright colored feathers and lively characteristics. They are also loving towards their mate and their owner/caregiver.

I remember when I first got my pair of love bird, I had a pair of lutino, I would stare at it for hours. Watching them play, watching them groom each other, watching them sit together.

These birds are undoubtedly one of the most looked for and loved for hobby birds. They are hardy, active, reactive and of course can be tamed.... Yup you heard me right... they can actually be tamed.

Although they are quite active... I haven't heard much about them being able to adopt to human vocabulary. If you have plenty of time I believe you should go ahead and give it a try.
